Sarah Argus is a design leader with a passion for creating impactful products and strengthening the design culture. With over 10 years of experience in web and app, Sarah has a proven track record of developing teams, building products, and implementing systems.
Throughout her career, Sarah has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of companies but has focused on building design orgs for early stage startups. Excited by driving innovation with limited resources, Sarah holds many roles as a player-coach. Her "all hands on deck" mentality provides significant value with experience in filling skill gaps that the business has not yet hired for, developing talent, defining brand aesthetics, and providing strategic user insights to guide products from conception to launch.

Sarah was my first hire at ResortPass and an urgent need for the business. She has absolutely leveled up our design and research function in many ways. She really does research well and leverages it to inform the problem solution space. Sarah has thick skin and is not afraid to speak truth to power. She is also a really great manager—her hiring process is rigorous, her preperation, and day-to-day management is excellent. She is one of the most detail-oriented people I have worked with. She has elevated the product team with these abilities. Sarah is doing a ton to create culture and connectivity given our remote working environment. This is work that goes unrewarded but she beleives it to be very important (and I agree). I don’t think other leadears are very good at this so I’m glad that Sarah is a champion of it.
